HELLO ONCE AGAIN!! Happy late Easter!
This is one of those updates I would consider in the middle of being major and also not.
Because this update, for how little it adds list-wise, is still substantially important. Since it's preparation  for Homunculi Inferno Vol.2's implementation to its itch page.

I want you to read the new stuff yourself instead of me telling it to you here, I think it's gonna make you play the game more. Really, I think it gives more incentive for the player to actually put effort into beating the game - Even multiple times!

I would love to do hotfixes after this, especially with this update. So if you found a bug or two, make sure to tell it to me on the discord server at the #foundbugs channel. This has been Albert Guy, I'm gonna write some music now- Love ya'll!!!

Additions:

// New Stuff
- Something happens at a hundred steps.
- Taking a picture of a specific enemy rewards one with bounty.  (You know who...)
- Secret items can now be unlocked as a HARDMODE starter item after beating the game. (One secret per run beaten, will not happen if you already unlocked the secrets through their codes.)
- Jimbo Balatro real 2025
- Fleshfan jumpscare has some new spice
- The Landmines are back and they finally work.
- The "Latex Escapee" track finally in the game! (Which means all OST are finally used for something!!)
- Favicon is now Brutus instead of Fleshfan so that it won't be confused with Homunculi Inferno's page.

// Changes
- After trading with Tradesman in Compound, either Brutus or Jeru would become active.
- (Buff)EMF displays a better priority system
- (Buff)Interface/Default Left Item can now have various enemies in its display.
- (Nerf)Camera will not disable Wendigo or the Grue completely when used.
- (Buff)Hex is now tradable for a Camera instead of a Crux.
- (Buff)Cassius's "Warning Zone" range is wider by 1 on both sides.
- After your first death, the OPTIONS button will start blinking to get first timers' attentions (Since a lot of who I saw play multiple runs kept going straight to START.)
- (Nerf)Landmines can be defused in the dark now through clicking the red dot with precise timing.
- Jeru's "Bolt" sound now replaced with his normal footstep sound instead of the loud stomps.

// Bugs fixed
- Fixed Landmines (I hope.)
- Layers on textures and elements not logical
- After flashing Compound Fleshfan, the jumpscare face stays.
- Jeru's jumpscare face also stays for a bit after flashing the camera at him.
- Compound Fleshfan not using their cooldown value
- Parrying Brutus in front of you sometimes won't show the sprite properly.
- Cassius' steps being misaligned
- Cassius can be seen in GAMEOVER screen
- Cassius able to move while you're jumpscared.
- Monsters like Cassius and Brutus still active when you're in front of door.
- Camera being unreliable and buggy apart from the Jumpscare bugs.
- Grue's transparency not properly displayed
- No more chance to start with Hellucination and intant Compound.
- Key can finally appear on the ground after step 60
